Registration

Registration is operated on-line by Azur-colloque.

Please pay attention only to select one visit: Airbus OR the historical center of Toulouse. They will be organized simultaneously. If you select the Airbus visit, please read the information at the end of this page.

If you need a visa, please read the information in the visa paragraph below

Every attendee*, even the accompanying persons, must register online by clicking here

Registration will be confirmed upon reception of payment.

*regular participant, student and accompanying person 

Prices include:

Access to the workshop / Coffee breaks / all the meals (from Welcome on July 21 evening to Wednesday July 24 afternoon, including the workshop banquet) 

 Early registration, before June 17, 2019  

  Regular           400 €

  Student           250 €

Late registration, up to July 6, 2019

  Regular           500 €

  Student           350 €

Accompanying person 

The fee per accompanying person is 250 € (deadline: July 6, 2019). It includes dinners, participation in the Tuesday visit and banquet. When registering online, the accompanying persons are asked to indicate the email of the participant they are accompanying.

Please be aware that accompanying persons are not permitted to participate in the scientific program. 

Cancellation policy

For cancellation of registration received within two weeks of the workshop, no refund fees will be provided.

Visa

To take part at the 10^th international workshop on bismuth-containing semiconductors, perhaps you need a visa to enter France.

To know about the procedure to enter France for a resident coming from your country, Please look at:

To get a visa, an acceptance of your contribution and an invitation letter from the workshop chair can be needed, that will only be sent you after the date of acceptance (end of May).

Please note that this letter of invitation will not constitute a commitment for any financial support. All your expenses related to your registration to the workshop remain at your charge.

To ask for such an invitation letter, Please just inform us about by email and do provide the required information to be indicated in the letter ( first names, family name, passport number...) at the workshop contact address:

Airbus visit 

To be able to take part to this visit, you need to provide some information:

- First name / FAMILY NAME
- Nationality
- Town, country and date of birth
